Having lived and worked in the Portland Metro area for over 30 years, Eric understands what makes our community and the people who call it home so special. From the events at the Clark County Fair Grounds, to the beauty of the Washington Coast, to the local Farmer Markets, and to the nearby mountains the Northwest is a special place that Eric is proud to call home.
That’s what it takes to be a local real estate expert. Not just expertise in negotiation, contracts, and marketing, but also a love and understanding of our community and the people who live here.
Eric is a member of various professional organizations, including the Clark County Association of Realtors (CCAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In addition to knowing the business side, he also strongly believes in the ethical and moral practice of real estate.
Eric holds numerous certificates and specialized training including C.F.S. - Certified Financing Specialist, C.P.S. - Certified Property Management Specialist®, C.P.S. - Certified Property Management Specialist®, C.S.S. - Certified Seniors Specialist®, and C.T.S. - Certified Technology Specialist®.
